    The first court date is supposed to be next Tuesday. 23rd. Highly unlikely - expect the ann to continue more DELAYS! Market will NOT like it imho. Hopefully wrong and the good /critical news of finance approval outweighs the delay but I doubt it will be much.

    New scheme dates coming I guess since we had a 3 week delay with the letter. Hope not but with SDL - delays are in their dna. I guess the new scheme meeting to vote on this will be mid Dec.
