I respectfully disagree Gassed, nothing in this industry is a given.
I realise I am going against the majority with my trepidation, but I feel is a fair view, considering that with the current GSA deadlines, it is reasonable to at least question what will occur.
I have in the past, invested in certain stocks trusting that management would be able to attain value by making the right decisions for its shareholders. After many losses, trust is not enough. Sorry.
I wish all ICN shareholder massive profits, but to blindly tell others that there is only upwards is not right. ICN management are fallible like all of us, and are in a game where the other players are both powerful and have many avenues available to them for getting what they want.
If no one wants to discuss what I raise, no worries.
To put the cards on the table.
Pro's
- 855 great asset.
Con's
-Not operator
-%40 of %855 does not IMO realistically allow for a sell down that a major would be interested in, i.e. recent deal with CTP by Santos, was for %70. In fact more shale deals have seen at the minimum, %50 of the tenements/projects go the major's.
-Low cash with no little revenue
- 855 will not produce income for at least 3 years, at the earliest.
I have in past posts, very clearly showed my positive thoughts on what 855 holds. My investment in ICN is purely because they will get Taken Over. I see no other outcome for ICN.
I look forward to being proven wrong in all Con points.
