Outstanding effort by Dunaden to run last 400 like that with topweight. Easily the best Cup pointer from the race. I don't think another kilo will make any difference.

Of those we didn't see yesterday, Red Cadeaux (huge last year). Shahwardi and Exceptionally are both in great form and if either win at Geelong they will come right into it.
One thing's for sure, and I learnt again yesterday, never discount a champion. Mount Athos will have to be something very special to beat Dunaden and Americain.
