Nursery, rather than spending your time defending those trying to pull the company down why not some constructive comment on your favourite hobby horse the Exec Chair?

RESOLUTION 5 – INCREASE IN AGGREGATE DIRECTORS’ FEES
The proposed increase in the maximum aggregate remuneration payable to the directors provides scope to:
1. appoint an additional non-executive director to enhance the breadth of skills, and the diversity of membership, of the Board; and
2. prepare for transition to the appointment of a Non Executive Chairman of the Board.
A handful here have promoted this agenda as a natural progression and hopefully it involves LAMP to steady state, cash flow, an expansion of the Independent Directors and then separation of Chair/CEO.
After all that's been written here on the subject previously I really thought this development would deserve some commentary.
