as to RRL , you know my attitude to the ground, I notice Caulfield continues to sell and once out may reconsider.

IGR is certainly not without risks, it is a SPECULATIVE stock so weight your portfolio accordingly.

Today discussion is raising all the right points and I just wish it would happen more on HC.

The direction the company is taking is very positive in my opinion but I have indicated my 'wankerish' qualms, which are hopefully overcome in the very near future.
