Paps, Looks like they can do three ships per week which pretty much gets them to the target figure.

Jia Tai (first ship) left with shipment on Wednesday night.
(Took a few days at port with tide surge and loader tweaking)

Meenakashi (second ship)arrived Sunday on time about 2pm in the port, scheduled to depart 2am Tuesday ( so about 36 hours go-to-whoa in the loading)

No departure time set yet but 36 hours loading time sees 4am Thursday.

That's first three ships in just on 7 days in, loaded and gone.

Given three days in between departure of ship one and ship two they should be able to keep up the loading rate of three per week, at least as far as the loader goes.
