Well this thread got nasty quickly.
My attitude is this: for a company which have been very steady and consistent, this is a left-field surprise, and inconsistent in a very deep way with the company philosophy as it's been espoused so far.
They'll want to put out a damn good announcement explaining what's going on. SOmething a bit deeper than "we needed the money".
