Who knows. If they were serious about these licences you'd expect thorough analyses. Not one visual at all on all the licences? Why not focus on licence 5365 which abuts SYR's licence and do some trenching, soil sampling or report on the geology and draw some comparisons with what SYR has reported in its geo report. What was done over 4 months with the DD?
