The market hasn't been able to have it's say if they think the deal is in the bag as the bots are controlling the stock. Nearly 100 million changed hands for a Less than 5 % gain on significant derisking of the TO.

SDL is just another play thing for the big players at the expense of the smaller guys yet again.
