Simply the man has never yet hit a timeline he has said would happen
Now have a look at his recycled presentation, yes recycled, hasnt got the nouse to change that.
He now says final financing by early 2013, which if he runs true to form, he wont have anything done until mid 2013.
He quite frankly lacks serious cred, he has to go, and we have the power to make it happen.
