In a nanny state such as ours there are a lot of rules that favour some and punish others.
Why should the collective pay so much tax in their lifetime for so much waste and then "play by the rules"
Particularly when so much is given to non-Australian migrants while the old and poor freeze because they can't afford the electricity!
