I see this story was posted in the UK edition about 1 hour ago and is propogating through a number of publications.
I originally saw it on Thursday, the more it is published the more eyes see it the better it is for us.

Although it is a positive I can't see us moving too far ahead until PPA and funding are settled, can't be too long now (imminent)
