It seems like the fail Nabi's shareholders realized they cannot keep on screwing down Biota's shareholders any longer. They could end up with the dead corpse of Nabi nobody want to touch and it will take years for tyhe funeral.
They excepted this deal simply seeing a good profit and a much ssoner way to get their capital back. Manrove would the 1st one to sell out on the NASDAQ to unlock their hedging capical. BTA shareholders and management may be disapointed on the 1st day of NASDAQ listing.
It look like a 8 to 1 consolidation will be applied after scaling your current shareholding by 24%.
There is still a chance of a up yours kind of vote from Biota shareholders today.
