Suspect we have a land owner agreement.

Heard on the grape vine that the Mining Warden was out at Kare a couple of weeks ago and SOME landowners confirmed the agreement is settled.

Some Sydney brokers are very positive about Kare, they went up there about three weeks ago and came back v/impressed.

Apparently, there will be more results from the lab coming out very promptly and regularly from now on in.

We might just be seeing an organic shift in perceptions as to where the company is going post the PFS.

Anyway, tomorrow is another day but the sellers are definitely drying up.
