Does that mean you were actually willing to buy at $1.70 no matter what due diligence process yielded? Silly, silly move by CFC (guided by Citi - money well spent!!). I think that's a stark statement that they know they're well unders what will be required.

I'm still interested to hear what our earlier poster has to say about the Citi analyst losing their job on that elusive report (if I understood their post correctly??).

What's the arbitrage for insto's Crisstoff? Sell into the 1.70's+ and buy back post hostile bid enthusiasm?
