Why not ask for further information on when and how the $500K is to be used if your unsatisfied?

While I don't disagree with your last sentence my overall response would be that if you have such little faith in the current Executive & Board why do you hold stock?

Same applies to all, no confidence, get out and stop whinging like spoilt children in a lolly shop at every action.

And before you start bleating about taking a loss on a speculative stock and trying to hold the Board responsible just take a little peek at the SP of virtually EVERY RE stock. We all bought in chasing speculative gains, our individual decision, welcome to the flip side.

Virtually NO discussion here of the major RE issue of demand destruction post price bubble as the basket keeps falling with no sign of a bottom despite wishful press. China domestic now down to $25.89 which is approaching the top end of speculative Chinese COP. Are the Chinese now going to build a stockpile that will overhang prices for years to come as a consequence of this diminished demand?

Better hope NC has negotiated some pretty solid offtake agreements or does anyone care? Are you more content to fill pages questioning the integrity of the Board when they set out to do just what so many here have been calling for, another Independent Director and separation of Exec Chair.

Personally I've spent the money to go to the HK RE Con next month to try and get a first hand view of where this industry is headed.
