the Corporations act 2001 stipulates that a public company must hold an AGM at least once in each calendar year and within 5 months after the end of its financial year.
November 30 is the deadline!!!
At least 21 days notice of the meeting must be given and the company constitution can possibly state a longer time such as 28 days.
Last year it was called on October 27 so I suspect it's likely to be 28 days.
I'd expect an ann within the next week for the AGM.
