looks like it is going to drift backwards in the short term.
Under the initial timetable (bids to be received by 2nd October) settlement was required by 22 October. Allow for the extra 10 day period and that should mean settlement is due around the 2nd Nov, so if not by the end of next week then the following week at the latest
