If he gave TMP a look at the books back then do you really think the takeover would have gone through?
TMP was just a waste of time and destroyed sentiment for BBG.
The only two good things that could have possibly arisen from this is are:
1) Buyers can now get BBG shares cheap.
2) Some skeletons could have come out of the closet
director buying shares on market, page-9
