    Nursery, your plainly demonstrating:
    1. a pathological hatred of NC regardless of action
    2. a lack of understanding between Executive & Non Executive remuneration - have you even read the financial report:
    http://www.lynascorp.com/content/upload/files/Financial_Statement_Lynas_Corporation_Ltd_30_June_2012_(FINAL)_1150211.pdf

Most likely NC will hold the Chair and appoint a CEO effective 2013 AGM when S1&2 are at steady state - cash flow. I'll place a wager on Eric Noyrez if execution is successful. Plus an additional Independent.

    Result:

NC Chair on Non Exec remuneration say $250K with committees
New Indepedent Director on Non Exec remuneration say $130K with committees.
Eric Noyrez/CEO appointed as Director renumeration via Executive package.

So $380K for an Non Exec Chair plus additional Non Exec Director leaving $120K, say $25 each for existing directors if they decided to use the lot.

What's the big deal, thought that's what people were screaming for? You want monkey's for directors, go buy a zoo.

If anybody does happen to read the financial report note NC sits on only one, lesser committee and not as Chair.
