R2R, Gann's 1335 days comes from the book of Daniel (Daniel 12: 11-12). the actual wording is : "From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days"

So you may also be interested to note that from the 6/3/2009 low to THE SPX high of 14/9/2012 was 1288 days. Close enough to 1290 days ?? Maybe it will be a case of blessed is he who stays out of this market until the 1335th day....and maybe the SPX will be down to 1335 by then. I am thinking it will be 1340 days though as this is 1.618 x 512 days which was the time of the GFC top to bottom...that also will bring us to the US election day. As the fiscal cliff is making punters nervous we may see a drastic sell off of the rumour until the news is out on the next president.
