    Hey; Zachary,

re problems years later, were you taking steroids in conjuction with them? from what I have read (not much so far), moderate use of AA's doesn't place any specific organ under threat and so longterm implications seem negligible.

So I'm past the training side of things at 57; I'm just softly-softly ticking over waiting to come out of 19yr retirement. It's a long road hey?

Speaking of steroids though (and I'm 100% certain it doesn't apply to you otherwise I wouldn't mention it) - for some obscure reason I watched a tribute to dead wrestlers on Youtube. A very high % died from steroid overdose and/or heart failure. I was shocked....most were in 20's/30's (and another high scorer was car accidents)

But I'm always interested what others (esp. of similar vintage) do re their health. To me it is all about self-managing as much as possible and being pro-active rather than being a pawn in the pompous reactive domain of traditional health and their troubadour GP's.
