I bought mine years ago [$21.55 for 250g] It says "Active UMF 12+" , would that be the same as MH?
I bought mine for topical use but it was too sticky and is now contaminated with baby oil. On my skin I now splash iodine on my scabby legs while still wet after a shower.
I take anti-histamines every day, all year but I have this massive gum in the back yard which is flowering so they are more important than usual.
