glad to hear you avoided steroids! Dangerous option.
To re-trace, I'm more into a general intake of AA's at a low level not for the body-building side of things (as I didn't point out clearly enough in my OP) but more the benefits around the fringes.
As an inflammation magnet, I'm interested in the influence of cysteine, glycine and histidine upon inflammation as one example. Although most of the research in this area surrounds bowel inflamm. I'm hoping it has a wider effect.
Longevity is an elusive concept...you gotta weed it out.
