These traits will catapult you onto my favorites watchlist.

Me... Started work at GJ Coles as an assistant manager, decided that it bored me to tears so took up an apprenticeship in Tool making. Could not handle touching freezing metal in the middle of Winter.

Did a COT in electronics and went to work for EDL, left EDL and went to Philips, left there and went into the fire alarm biz, started my own Company in Electronic fire protection, went into electronic design and part time trading. Made a bloody fortune trading and gave up working and have been full time trading for around 8 years.

My investing is more along the lines of picking up the unloved with good prospects rather than daytrading.

I have worked it out that I do make more money over time just buying and holding than trying to daytrade. So, you are a numbers man; have a look at the capital flow sheets on the Admiralty web site and you will see what I mean. I love USA based Gas stocks such as Carpenter Pacific, Aussie stocks such as
LNG, ESG BMX AZR Biotech CYT BOS Security BQT . There are roughly 120 stocks on my watchlist but the ones above are the favorites.

I now do some paid research on various stocks for a couple of brokers. I also do contract design work when the markets get slow, just to relieve the boredom.lol
