    Is it just the mkt conditions that has caused the drop in sp. whilst qtr report repeated what we already knew more or less, ytc. Is still an outstanding prospect. Or is it because no funding arrangement was incl in announcement ?
    Excuse my ignorance please, very interested in anyone's views. Thanks in anticipation.
