RE: has accepted a $526,000 offer for his Surrey Hills apartment. Its much-anticipated selling price - in the middle of the buyer's guide estimate - represents a 9.5 per cent hike on its $480,000 purchase price in 2006.
Very interesting, 2006 is when my Asian broker put me into gold at about $630 an ounce, a bit late mind you.
