    They must feel confident the can keep the share pirce above 14.8 with announcements. Wouldnt look good to do a cap raising at 14.8 and let the price fall to 13.5. Also instos and reatail might think the price was MANIPULATED to 15.5c for the cap raising. People are suspicious when it comes their hard earned money.
