Hi baukaw,

I see your point in that if 45 cents Bid does not follow thru that SDL SP would fall etc...Ive read in some of your earlier posts that 45 cents is a premium to current SP. Yes its a premium, but that's for only the share holders who have bought recently when SP was lower than bid price....what about the long term share holders (such as myself) who have bought at a higher price then the current bid?
