You made a great call. Actually, you cover quite a few bases with your caveats. Clearly, this drop in sp was due to news on ghe fundamental front in that management failed to communicate clearly.

Now, I ask you...what has a gap on a rising sp got to do with management failing to commence flow testing? You can't say this doesn't matter as it clearly did. The market reacted to news. Perhaps a coincident that it also happened to conform to your chart reading?

Both styles can get it right and wrong. Good and bad investors alike.
