Diloution is going to happen. Would be better for all if S/P was above 45 cents, thus options would have provided some badly needed funds. Now unless S/P goes for a run, cap raising might be around the 30 cent mark and that means greater diloution. The point is if someone "in the know" wanted a decent stake in CXU. Participate in a Cap raising via broker is the way they would most likely go.
