    hi marylec1

whats my thoughts on 4.3c being a mere formality?

i say that post or todays announcement was poorly timed.
honestly expected to see something on Monday which would have given another 2 days to reach that target.

"n the near future now that the fs has been released which IMHO didn't do anything for the s-p I think people sold out knowing its sell or put
There shares in the draw for the year I would have also thought the fs would have been a positive to the sp as it is now one step closer to being derisked totally"

as has been mentioned here in the past, feasibility studies quite often have the opposite effect on the SP than many people would think.
a lot of traders have probably bought recently to do exactly what happened today, sell regardless of news.
ie buy the rumour and sell the fact.

traders keep SP in check on open and push lower, then shareholders that like the story but dont really understand the announcement get fearful about the reaction and they sell also.
this is a well trodden path with many compaNIES, no matter how good the news.

if the news is good as i believe it is here, the first thing we would look for is a low volume test at some point, then perhaps a turnaround.

marylec1, you mentioned the bottom draw, think for a stress free life, thats were i will be putting mine.

today was on step closer to being derisked totally, but there are many steps on the way.

you asked what was to come in the next 12 months.

after a feasibility study, things can go quite for a while,
dont think it will in our case. the next piece of news should be the 3rd shipment from Lethbridge.

if MZI didnt have the experience from this project SP may have been lower.
management can definitely get a project up and running, its proven though on a smaller scale. MZI is a relatively unique beast like that on the ASX currently.

Doral resources will make their decision regarding taking up 250 million shares. imho only, sure they will read feasibility study and be aware of the economics of project.
suppose they just need to see intent from management.

to me the economics of the play is, dig sand up with bulldozer to depth of only 2 metres, pour in to wet concentrator and print dollar bills at the other end!
it took some time for the market to see the profits Iluka were turning over, their SP really took off once production ramped up.

somewhere in the near future would like to see an investor presentation and a research note from a broker.
still think to some degree MZI is not that well known around the traps, think Trevor Matthews will be doing a few more investor presentations in the next year as well.

an obvious thing the market always wants to know is how they will finance the project. dont think an announcement regarding this will be too far away.
with this in place it is definitely a step closer to derisking MZI.

we will then perhaps have a bit of excitement regarding the beginning of construction.
this will possibly be broken up into stages, good to have small milestones along the way.
ie bulldozer equipment purchased, roads completed, site powered, concentrator completed.
market generally doesnt like to be left in the dark for too long.

we will also have the 4th shipment from Lethbridge, just another reminder that management can get it done.

what can we expect for SP??

really dont know, for a non producing company in the year leading up to starting production, you quite often see a cup form.
if the economics are good, imho they are, you quite often have funds and brokers trying to push down to test for weak hands but as the project gets nearer to commencement, SP really starts to pick up.

but to be honest, really dont want to make any predictions.

opinions in this post are just that, NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE, DYOR!!!!!!
