Really right now, the punt is what is the chance of the well being remediated? 20%, 50%, 80%?
If you think 80% then there is good $ to be made here.
The other gamble is how many Frac's they need to plug in order to lessen the water to an acceptable level, if as speculated its only the end frac as it dipped closest to the bottom of the hydrocarbon formation then boom we're in business with a well producign ~5mmcf+liquids
