Suspension of Securities
Since our request for the Trading Halt, CuDeco Limited has continued discussions with two lead brokers in respect of the placement of shares in CuDeco, and these brokers are representing investors located in the USA, China and the United Kingdom. Those discussions are well advanced but the final negotiations have not yet been concluded.
As the discussions continue we respectfully request that the voluntary suspension be maintained until the earlier of: -

(a) finalisation of the ongoing negotiations ; or
(b) on or about 15 November 2012 .
We respectfully submit that the continuation of the suspension on this basis is in the best interests of shareholders and, further, ensures that there cannot be any trading of the Company's securities by investors other than on the basis of a fully informed market.
