The new biota company share price should not be calculated or judged jjust based on current Nabi share price. The current Nabi share price will be reduced after it pays the proposed distribution of around $1 to its shareholders. The valuation of the new company should consider the assets of the new company after merger. The current share prices of the two companies are irrelevant IMO .
