A short term punt on GGP - surely better candidates elsewhere.

As you have highlighted, big(est) issue is the lease and legal challenge.

Leases expire Mar '13. Just a wild guess, but if one were to punt that the mineral rights owner would prefer to work with GGP after current expiration then its a good punt. If not then may end in tears.

What about that AKW indemnity - think you're right about what that's worth.

Can you expand on the AKW, director jail, etc... They are still suspended on ASX.
