makattack, how many computers do you think a family would have in today's society?

Work computer, workshop computer, Uni computer, kitchen computer, kids x computers, and plus two media centre computers.

    Phones (VOIP modem), Foxtel x 2, IpTV's.

Plus, Mobile phones that use WiFi at home, Windows Tablet, netbook, etc...

All sharing a single Internet connection.

The copper and wireless available to our area is of extremely poor quality to such an extent that at times even just making a simple phone call is painful.

There are a large number of business purposes I would use use the Internet for, if the Internet connection available was faster and more reliable.
But seeing as it is not it stifles and restricts the type and amount of business I can do online.

makattack, and before you start blabbing the usual streaming HD video claim, our Internet connection has trouble trying to stream one Standard Definition Video.

Note, a better and faster Internet would be more of a benefit to me for business purposes. Currently even uploading large document can take 5 to 10 minutes to upload.

Luckily I don't have the worst Internet infrastructure in Australia.
