re: Ann: Notice of Annual General Meeting/Pro... Wow....this AGM seeks to provide the mechanism to massively dilute the SH; potentially up to 18% (resolution 5).
Just had a quick browse through, don't have the time now but will need to scrutinise this in greater detail.
Is this part of the grand plan, or an option if the financing that's "progressing well" falls over?
Let's say the SP is 6.8c as the model proposes under the middle of the road scenario....well then the stock is actually only worth 5.6c. Interested in others views here.
Lots of volume today, but another doji!
Closed under the 3.6c mark - this was the key mark for me today.....still watching and waiting.
