Great to open up to find that new thread "saturday morning musings" and with those very sensible and thoughtful comments. Be great if we had that type of content during the rest of the week. Can we make it a weekly regular?

The biggest take that I have from the A.R. is the fact that the incentives include options that have to be PAID FOR by the recipients and in just 8 months time, a full .055 cents when the current market for the heads is just .03 cents!! Can we read too much into that?

IMO, that is not only a great "incentive" but also a fairly obvious vote of confidence by the company that that "incentive" will in fact be the "reward" that it was intended to be.

Nothing less flattering (and demoralising) to a company that "gives" these incentives, but with the goals being mainly unattainable, prove to be worthless. Leaves a most unsatisfactory taste in the mouths of both the giver and rhe receiver!!

I hope that I haven't read too much into that,otherwise!!!!
