kincella thanks for your input at the time i bought 2 properties one in one out of super both strategically placed excellent investments both fully paid off but the property trust/super cant be transferred to superfund without pension phase and stamp duty big bummer as i have to wait a couple of years then sell i guess inside the trust and no tax then if retired
