As disgusting as it may seem there are many organisations that pay non holders to downramp or upramp.

"Lets be clear ", this is a fact .

Moving along , the current operators have made it their business to have a long hard look at funding , they have disclosed this much.

If you have access to charts go back to July 2010 and note the triple bottom and subsequent explosion in price, then compare it to the current double/triple bottom.
