Actually I'm rather surprised that most here appear to be unperturbed by this. In my view placing a mechanism that could introduce such massive dilution seems extreme. There's no way I could imagine this is being done unless it provides a contingency to something we could only guess at. If we had to guess then it would be surely related to financing from traditional sources. If it comes down to vesting performance shares vs the company fizzling out I guess I know what would happen.
Anyway, I think I've said enough - it's out there, make of it what you will.
