Have checked back to the last time there were concerns re the Admin costs in the December 2011 Quarterly Cashflow Report, and several of us sent emails of concern regarding this and recieved this reply from Sue Cullen (Office Manager):-

'I am writing to answer your query about administration costs as shown............In fact, it is an ambiguity caused by the format of the report. Administration costs were $0.9M in the last quarter. The figure of $2M shown...is cashflow not expenses and is a combination amount of admin costs + VAT paid + tax expectations.'
