Malouf is an interesting top 20 holder in that if you look at when he lodged becoming a substantial holder, the date of aquisition is stated as 16/4/2012..
if they were aquired on market or whether they were aquired in some other fashion, it could reasonably be argued that he paid a fair bit for them and could be a fairly disgruntled holder.. of lots of shares
now he's off substantial but still holding over 15M units
