With all respect to Giulio,but his comment as Chief Executive Officer,s Report.

The completion of the Scheme of Arrangement with Hanlong will deliver the final component necessary to bring this project to life - financing - allowing us to commence construction and demonstrate to both Governments our ability to deliver on our commitment to development.
That Report would be good and appropriate if Sundance Resources was going to be the Company involved in the Future. It is telling SDL Share holders we are nearly their and what a good Investment we made.

In reality this Report should have been addressed to Hanlong Share holders. SDL share holders will be non-existent

I will follow this up at a later stage about a few other point's including contrasting reports on Meridoinal High Grade iron ore figures.

The last few line's.
In March 2012,Sundance has established a memorandum of understanding with other mining companies in the region on issues of infrastructure. One way perhaps to prepare for failure of the result of transactions with China. The roadmap indicated the May 2012 deadline. Few things seem to have been made.
