    Does it really matter if the retail investor gets to participate? The last CR was 15 cents yet we have had plenty of opportunity to buy less than this. My last 2 bundles were at 10.5c and 12.5c. If things push on and we get to low 20s before a CR then 16 cents now looks pretty good. We don't know when a CR will occur but we do know that there is plenty of good news coming and coming soon.... 3 days????
