TheDhon, those buying the options i reckon are maximising their returns.
if the stock gets to 10c, then the return on an option purchased for 1.8c is 2.33x (provided you don't convert it, and sell the option for 6c), whereas the return on a share worth 3.8c sold at 10c is only 1.63x.
its an even bigger differential at 11c and beyond.
if you have no intention of converting the option, and they pretty well match the price of the share (less the strike price), then it makes sence to buy the option in my book.
