    Why has no major ever bought a cornerstone stake?

    Why would our shareprice plunge shall Hanlong bid be pulled?

    Why has our board through all the hurdles we have faced continued on with the Hanlong offer?

    Why does the board say ACCEPT in the absence?

    What if no counter bid arrives does that show about the value of the company to global majors?
