What I am saying, although not very succinctly, is that (a)comparative valuations invariably suck, and (b) if you really feel like using them, use them fully, not selectively-on this basis IGR stacks up better than NAV.

My preconditions still have to be answered before I indulge. That is not a negative, just an element of caution on my behalf.
