SDL need to turn down out-right the Hanlong offer.
Keep finding more DSO over the next two years,by that stage Core,Afferro and possibly Equatorial will have caught up and be desperate for an Infrastructure system for Rail and Port. See what your reply is at that stage if Equatorial have to get funding for themselves instead of using SDL Funded Rail and Port.
